IN FRANCE

- Directive 97/23 CE has been replaced by Order n°99 1046 of 13/12/1999.

- The ministerial order of 15 March 2000 defines the conditions applicable at national level for the operation of all equipment.

This order principally contains :

• - the commissioning declaration for equipment with a pressure of PS >4 BAR AND PS.V > 10000 BAR.litre
• - periodic inspection every 40 months
• - periodic requalification (usually every 10 years)

OLAER VAULX EN VELIN is certified by the APAVE for the requalification of accumulators by auto-monitoring and also on-site.

This service, unique in France, permits the avoidance of long delays inherent to the requalification procedure and the reconformation of all accumulators according to the regulations in force for preserving the environment.
